the fixed menu for this one-off event means we unfortunately don’t have the normal flexibility that we’re able to offer when accommodating dietary requirements & allergies.
This is due to the extension preparation methods involved in the menu, along with the pairings being selected to match each course, with the winemaker being based in Argentina.

course 1) Sparkling Pinot Noir Extra Brut
Light, crisp bubbles and elegant fruitiness enhance the panko breaded brisket croquette, with a winterberry, elderflower & rosemary jam dip to lift the flavours beautifully.
course 2) Estate Torrontés
Floral and fresh, with a touch of honeyed sweetness that complements the sticky, spicy glaze on our hot honey spare rib, balancing heat with acidity.
course 3) Estate malbec
Smooth and fruit-forward, this Malbec pairs effortlessly with the juicy beef slider & crispy chips, enhancing its depth while letting the food shine.
course 4) Reserve Petit Verdot
Deep, bold, and full of spice, this wine is a perfect match for our slow-cooked beef rib, nutmeg mash & bone marrow jus, standing up to the richness while the jus ties it all together.
course 5) Estate Dulce Natural
Vibrant and aromatic, this dessert wine brings a delicate balance of citrus and floral notes that contrast beautifully with the warm, indulgent spiced sticky toffee pudding.
